Spiral Staircase

The Victorian Spiral Staircase provides a statement to any home unmatched by modern designs. Using traditional manufacturing methods our staircase shows the fine filigree lacework transforming your home into the envy of all visitors.

Included is a complete expert fitting installation service. The installed price of $795 per step includes the centre support pole, base plates (for fixing), and forming a 40 x 8mm flat wrought iron handrail. Custom-made landings are specially made for each project and are priced from $1000.

Due to its complex nature this customized Spiral Staircase is available to Melbourne based clients only.
